************* It's an unsettling experience, that unexplained dread people are feeling in the pits of their stomachs, it's their sixth sense or a kind of unconscious logic telling them something. To those aware, it's as a voice in the distance they hear but just can't quite understand. Their awareness heightens because, somehow, they know the message it brings is urgent and critical to their wellbeing. For a time they struggle to understand, but life has many distractions and soon they abandon their effort. There is much to do in their daily lives, there's the job, kids, sports, television, and a whole host of things competing for their time.What they do not realize is that much of what is competing for their precious time is by design. That distant voice soon fades into silence, the design has worked flawlessly and they go about their daily existence unaware once again. For the majority this holds true, however, some are not so easily distracted and remain vigilant. Those who maintain such vigilance ultimately discover the source of what has been nagging everyone's psyche. What they uncover is enough to chill them to the bone. That once distant voice which seemed so faint is now in their face loud and clear. It has delivered its message and its message is one of immediate danger. It warns of an enemy that has infiltrated almost every aspect of their societies structure. Their government, legal system, religious institutions, health care system, military and almost every other aspect of their lives are at risk. These things are at risk of being taken from them or destroyed by an enemy more evil and immoral than any they could imagine or conceive. Understanding the peril, those who's vigilance exposed the danger make great sacrifice and risk to their reputations to sound the alarm. They make exhaustive efforts to expose the menace but the enemy has anticipated their response, and brands them with various disparaging mischaracterizations. Though the tactic all but renders them mute, they continue to get the word out to anyone who will listen. As time passes more and more people realize that the vigilant ones weren't the fools they were led to believe. By manipulating the masses into believing their fellow citizens, friends and family who tried to "wake them up" were ignorant and misguided individuals the enemy makes great gains. They have gained time to insure their success, and a once prosperous free society has fallen victim to the Privileged Demons. They now live under a tyrannical dictatorship as servants and slaves to those they once trusted to protect their world. If what you have just read sounds familiar, it should. This very thing has been occurring in America since the early 1960ties. Though the concept for such a strategy came about long before that time, it has never come so close to being completely implemented as it now is. The decade of the sixties saw, for the first time in American history, great numbers of privileged young people. Because of the Viet Nam war, assassinations, and various failures in political leadership, and most importantly affluence, Americans changed. America's enemies took notice of this change and like vultures watched and waited. They had witnessed this before, strong proud civilizations that succeeded to a point of affluence were like a powerful tiger. The tiger that's king of his environment, the jackals envy his strength and cunning, and though it's the tiger's abilities which feeds them they want him dead. One day the tiger finds a rich hunting ground and eats until he becomes fat and slow. Now the jackals overwhelm the tiger and defeat him. Their victory soon becomes their own undoing because they do not have the skills the tiger had and they starve to death. America's jackals are the youth of the sixties who were groomed by its enemies, the Marxists, Socialists and the Communists. They are the same people who entered politics in the mid and late seventies and occupy our capitol today. They have a great deal of financial support from people like George Soros. Soros is an offspring of everything immoral and evil. The man is the most disgusting human flesh since Adolph Hitler. One of Soros mentors and heroes was actually Hitler. During World War two Soros was a young Jewish boy in Germany. He changed his name to avoid being identified by the Nazis. He joined Hitler's Brown Shirts and helped round up his fellow Jews for extermination and brags that at times he would kill the Jews. Recently, in an interview, he told a reporter it was the best time of his life. American, keep in mind this is a man many high ranking Democrats in your government call a wonderful man. They say his vision is good for America. If you agree with this assessment of George Soros you are no American and I despise you and every filthy thing about you. If what is written here does not convince you that Obama and all those around him including a great many in Congress need to go you simply have no brain in your head. The Privileged Demons are in your government, the alarm is sounded, it's your choice! *************
It is truly time for "all good men and women Washington DC I am not a Constitutional scholar nor am I an authority on legislative matters. I am, however, a tax paying citizen of the United States of America who has served my country and bled for my country. Many of my family have served our nation and some lost their lives. I am only one of thousands of American citizens who could write this very same letter to you. I am confident it would be wise to keep this in mind as you read. As I have stated many American citizens have sacrificed more for this country than most serving in the House and Senate. It is without a doubt that almost all American citizens have sacrificed more than Mr. Obama. Our nation only exists because of the desire of people to be free. People with the courage to fight and sacrifice all they possessed to be free. They admired individuals with character traits like Honor, Duty, Loyalty, Morality and Courage. Men with these traits abandoned their comfort and wealth to accept the challenge of bringing forth a new nation. A nation where men could be who they wanted to be, worship in the ways of their faith, and keep the greatest part of their labors. There was no end to which these men would not go to achieve this noble cause. The result of their efforts became known as The United States Constitution, and the men known as our founding fathers. Many of our citizens in 2011 hold true to their resolve to be free and are willing to sacrifice their comfort and wealth as well as their lives. This administration and federal government are pursuing fools folly in many of its actions and attitudes toward the citizens of the United States. Our founding fathers wrote our Constitution for every citizen of our great nation. There were no provisions made with regard to a person's wealth, position or celebrity that would elevate one individual or group of individuals over another. Because our Constitution was intended to benefit every citizen by state sovereignty and not the federal government its framers knew it must be written in a way all could understand. They achieved this goal. Many of those in this administration, especially Obama, as well as many in the House and Senate insult every American citizen when they act as though the average citizen is ignorant with regard to their own. I use "their Constitution" because it was never intended to be the government's Constitution. Our Constitution's primary intent is to limit the federal government's power and authority, so when it comes to what Our Constitution means "We The People of the states" will tell "you the government" if you do not understand. However, understanding the Constitution isn't much of a problem unless you do not want to adhere to the highest law in our nation. The Obama administration has had much difficulty understanding our Constitution. They do not understand because our Constitution does not support most of what they are trying to do. They have made many attempts to redefine our Constitution in Obama's image. Often they have simply ignored our Constitution and inserted the "Obama doctrine" in defiance of the highest law of the land. Any individual with the ability to read who possess a little common sense has the ability to understand our Constitution. It just isn't that difficult. There is a hand full of good legislators in Washington. These men and women are loyal Americans and they understand what it means to have Honor Duty and Loyalty with regard to our Constitution. I want them to know that this letter is not intended for them, they already know these things and I respect them. This hand full of good legislators does not include people with the likes of Pelosi, Reid, Frank, Biden or any of the rest of the socialist left wing. When an individual accepts the responsibility of serving in public office they take an oath to protect our Constitution. It is no wonder that there is so much infidelity among liberals and progressives, they have no Honor to any oath. This nation belongs to its people and by that I mean those willing to work and sacrifice for it. I do not include, as American citizens, people who live on the public dole that are perfectly capable of holding a job. This does not include the severely disabled, aged, those with severe mental challenges or any extreme debilitation. From my experience, and I have watched closely, most of those drawing welfare are simply freeloaders. These people do not have an ounce of Honor in them. It makes no difference to them if our nation stands or falls so long as they can get something for nothing. It is difficult for working Americans to accept the fact that this administration caters to this segment of society. Those cheating the working American are a big reason our country is financially stressed, and by "cheating" I don't simply mean welfare cheats. If you are in DC and reading this you should look in a mirror and ask yourself, am I one of them. If you are hopefully you know just how worthless you really are. Although I was never interested in being involved in politics recent developments in the state of our union caused me great alarm. Upon my return from the Mid East, serving as a force protection officer for many months, I was shocked to find my country in the condition it is now in. One could never have envisioned that in such a short time our Constitution could be swept aside and replaced by the desires of a few malcontents. This administration has deified itself to a point where it believes American citizens are its subjects rather than constituents. This president, his cabinet and a large number of those elected to the 111th congress have clearly committed criminal acts against the people of the United States as well as its Constitution. It is not unfounded to say that their acts clearly constitute treason. Therefore, why have we not seen any of the checks and balances, all Americans believed to exist, engage. Many people have asked me "why doesn't the FBI or any of those who took an oath to protect the Constitution do something?" I can't answer them, and I am one of those who took the oath, as are you. I see the criminals at work destroying our Liberty, Freedom and Constitution, yet I know that if I even mentioned it to the FBI or any other "law enforcement" agency, I would be laughed out of the building. I know if I took a firm stand to protect our Constitution, as the law requires me to do, I would only be arrested and imprisoned for the rest of my life. So, just what exactly do law abiding, patriotic American citizens do when they are being attacked from within their own government. They address their government with peaceful protests, and their government calls them terrorists. They form tea parties and march, peacefully, on Washington, two million strong and their government says it didn't notice. By what means does a man protect his and his families freedom from tyrants when the tyrants dissolve the very laws intended to provide such protection? It is truly time for "all good men and women to come to the aid of their country", it is now reality that America is in the grips of an unconstitutional president and a dishonorable legislature. This government knows no depth as to how low it will stoop to achieve its goals and the people of the United States be. I recall the words "from time to time the tree of freedom must be nourished with the blood of tyrants and patriots". This nation has, from its miraculous beginning until now, been a beacon of hope that freedom is possible and all men are entitled to be free. Across the earth the burdened and oppressed the enslaved and subjected could see that light in the distance and believe someday it might shine on them and their children. That light along with the hope it carried around the earth is dimming. Each time this president and administration acknowledges another tyrant or cheap little dictator, each time this president bows to men that disregard human rights, it dims a little more. If we allow this president or congress to continue diluting American values and laws with those of other nations that light will no longer shine. America will not exist anymore, America will not be anything to be proud of and it will slip into mediocrity. When America is gone, or becomes a part of a one world initiative there will never be hope or change again, this is Obama's dream world. As far as the one writing this is concerned it will not happen so long as he is able to write a word or shoulder a rifle. I support the laws of our great nation and I will defend those laws as well as all the freedoms and rights all American citizens are legally afforded by our Constitution, so help me God. I hope and pray that our nation never experiences another internal conflict. Something of this nature would be a sad day indeed. This is a big reason I keep trying to get through to those with the responsibility of governing. No reasonable sane man could ever deny the fact that this administration and the 111th Congress is responsible for the financial disaster our nation is in. No reasonable sane man could ever deny that Barak Obama has caused more harm to the United States than and single individual in our history. There is not one individual in the legislature that could look one in the eye, and honestly say , Barak Obama cares for our nation. I have talked with many of you from both sides of the isle and all of you agree that Barak Obama is completely unqualified and incapable as president. I have listened carefully to Obama's words and I consider him one of the least intelligent and least honest individuals I have ever encountered. How those who made a commitment to serve this nation and protect our Constitution can allow this individual to continue down a path that is destroying our country is beyond reason. I simply ask that all of you stop worshiping your damn party and start saving our nation. I and thousands of others have paid an enormous price for America. What have you done? Respectfully, Art Phillips Read the good, the bad, and the ugly responses Art received from elected officials in reponse to his letter. ************* TRUTH AND LOYALTY No true American ever wants to see an American President fail. Which party he belongs to matters only during the election process, however, after the election and regardless of party the elected is the President. After taking office the elected is expected, ethically and morally, to disregard any party affiliation and be representative of every American citizen. Before any man takes office as the President of the United States of America he must swear an oath to preserve, protect and adhere to the United States Constitution. He must understand that the Constitution of the United States is the foundation upon which our nation is built. Without it there is no United States, no Liberty Freedom or Justice. Every President must realize that our Constitution is a Contract between the sovereign states, of which there are at present 50 and not 57, to establish a federal government. When a congress or President violates the terms of this contract, under law, the contract becomes null and void thus removing any power the individual states allowed the federal government to have, at this time that is 18 powers. Though the federal government is only allowed these 18 powers under the Constitution congress has, unconstitutionally, expanded that number. Congress and the President have, unlawfully, expanded that number to the point that they consider themselves to be the Masters of the American people rather than elected servants of the people as allowed under the Constitution. Because of repeated premeditated violations of the Constitution executed by this President, administration, congress and those appointed by President Obama America now has its first criminally illegitimate President, administration, and congress. If there is anyone left in America who does not understand how much damage this administration and congress has done to their country they must be in a comma or dead. A great number of good intelligent Americans who are sincerely concerned for every American have been trying to sound an alarm. Their number is growing every day by thousands. They represent every race, faith, political affiliation and economic level. All Americans must hear their warning; we are sacrificing Liberty, Freedom and all individual rights those before fought for. Americans must hear this warning and act to restore the United States Constitution to its position over the federal government and remove this President and congress. If they do not those who sounded the warning will be the only people on earth who know true Freedom. Over the past two years I have written numerous letters and posts trying to get the attention of American citizens. I have tried my best to get average Americans to understand that the present administration is not loyal to the United States Constitution or the American people. I have watched well educated professional people become so caught up in celebrity worship, regarding Barak Obama, that they lost all reason and credibility. I have watched American citizens turn from their God and place their fate, their freedom, and their very lives under the control of this government. It is time, now, right now not tomorrow or next week but now, today for every American to decide. You must decide what is important to you, is your loyalty to mortal men who lie and break promises and laws you must obey or go to jail. Men who lack Honor, Duty, Loyalty and Morality or any other ethical values other than their own self-worship. Those in Washington who now think of themselves as gods American citizens must worship and obey, men like Obama, Reid, Frank, Biden and Pelosi just to mention a few. Or, is your Loyalty to the United States Constitution, a document that sees no color or race or any defining trait or character of an individual. The document, which "brought upon this land a new nation", dedicated to the Freedom, Liberty and pursuit of happiness for all its people. Your Constitution does not lie or cheat or steal, it simple protects America's offer of Freedom. Your Constitution was written to protect every American from their own government and limit those serving in that government from gaining too much power. Now America is under the influence of a government that is trying to destroy your Constitution and enslave every citizen that is not in their small elite alliance. Those who are taken in by this administrations and congress's lies and deceit will soon realize it is too late. If you disagree with what is written here you can either seek the truth or simply follow the piper to your demise and the demise of your very home, America. ************* Just go away. Most Americans have given you a pass because of race and situation in America. However, this American sees no need to give any individual a pass for any reason if he or she is seeking the office of President of the United States. I have always judged everyone I have met on their character and nothing else. Many may wonder how I can write this and make it public. The answer is clear; I have many American brothers and sisters who happen to be black. If I treated them any different or judged them any different than I did any other individual one could call that racism, regardless of it being positive or negative. Every person I meet I treat the exact same way, with respect. I show them that respect, regardless of any defining trait, always, unless they conduct themselves in a dishonorable manner. This is the reason I have no problem in writing you this letter. Barack Obama you have dishonored yourself, my country and the office you now hold. I used the phrase "you dishonored my country" for a very good reason. Barack Obama you are not now nor have you ever been an American citizen. I am an American, I was born in America, members of my family have died for America, and I have fought for America and bled for America. You are an absolute disgrace and dishonor to America and the future will show Americans deleting every memory of you and your associates. You, Sir, have never done one damn thing for this country, anyone, or anything but your own ego. There is no American in you whatsoever and I detest you along with your pack of rats in congress. However, I did not need to tell you something you are aware of and have been hiding for many months. I was moved to write this letter today when I heard that you said you were just going to assume the health care bill had passed and sign it into law. I really honestly want to know just who the hell you think you are? You already know your presidency is unconstitutional and whatever you do is going to be overturned. Hopefully, when you are removed from office, you will spend the rest of your life in prison. It would be justice if Reid, Pelosi, Rahm and Frank were there with you. Now, not that I give a damn at all about you, there is a way you could make your demise a little softer, resign now, as soon as you are aware of this. Do to me what you will; it certainly is not above you or your pack. But know this, I am far more a man than you will ever be. I posses Honor you will never know and I will be remembered as a good Patriotic American by every true American in the world, you will not. Just go away. ************* FREEDOM Americans it is time to sacrifice, the writer of these words is challenging you to sacrifice, your time, money and any and all assets you may have in this fight. Choose wisely those you support, we cannot afford to waste anything. There will be actions in the courts which will require your support. There will be good men and women running for office who need your support. The writer has spent a very large sum of his own money in this effort, money he had saved for retirement. He has spent thousands of hours and driven untold numbers of miles in this endeavor. Now I ask you "WHAT PRICE FREEDOM"? I have offered up my very life for it just as many with me and before me did. What will you give for freedom, that new car, a vacation, that new tv, it is time to decide how much your Freedom means to you, your family, your children. There is just no time left to be gentle you have a choice to make, make it right now or join the tyrants and criminals who WILL enslave you. Liberty is sending a call of warning, it is about to perish will you be one who defends or attacks it? One or the other there is NO sideline. No one is neutral in this fight. Make your choice, get off your ass, and join those paying for your Freedom. If you do not I want you to know just how much I despise you and your Obama. If blood spills it WILL be on the hands of DEMOCRATS ! Not conservatives! ************* The so called health care plan That leaves "Plan"; again this is a stretch too far, Democrat and plan, you can't even use these two terms in a sentence and make it coherent. The fact is, this plan very clearly defines its intentions. The individuals who composed it are nothing more than arrogant self-aggrandizing, power thirsty people. By using every underhanded criminal activity they could get away with came to power in 2006 and 2008. They know that if they can pass this "health care bill" it will give them what they desire more than anything else. It will give them complete control of every Americans life. Not just health care but the power to steel anyone's funds from their bank account without fear of them being able to do anything about it. The power to determine where they work, what job they do, how much pay they receive and whether or not they even get a job at all. But what really "sends a thrill up their leg" is the power to commit murder against any American citizen and make it legal. This is the one they want the most, to have the power to decide who lives or dies, Democrats, Liberals, and Progressives have all the money they need, now they want to play like they are God. For myself I have one thing to say to them, "damn you people to hell before you will gain the power of taking my freedom and life, I will fight you to, my or your, last breath". ************* To: President of The United States & The 111th Congress It has become apparent, vividly apparent, that many of you understood your election to mean that there was something special about you. Some of you have become so delusional that you believe you are above the laws of our Republic and superior to the citizens who elected you. You have betrayed the trust the American people placed in you as well as the Constitution you swore to protect. This attitude, now displayed by the President and more than half of those in 111th legislature, along with a perilous lust for power has generated numerous illegal and criminal acts. This administration and legislature are clearly, and without any doubt whatsoever, in violation of the Constitution of the United States of America. Not only have they violated the Constitution, they have violated the civil rights of every American citizen, and in doing so have committed treason against the United States. It is for this reason I call upon every Court, Law enforcement agency, the US joint Chiefs of Staff and any other authority which remains loyal to our Constitution and the American people. I call upon you to do what you and I know is the duty of every American who took the oath to protect the Constitution. America is in the grips of government which, by its own actions, has made itself illegitimate and unconstitutional. In the event that those agencies and organizations whose duty it is to carry out actions necessary to preserve and protect the Constitution fail to act. The people of this country should identify the criminal acts committed and by whom. When those individuals return to the districts where their constituents reside they should place them under citizen's arrest. I realize that under the law they are protected from prosecution, however, they made that protection null and void by committing acts of treason against the Constitution. Therefore they should be tried in a court of law under the Constitution to determine their fate. WE THE PEOPLE of the United States of America must not let this overthrow of our country continue. Americans we either stand and deliver or we tuck tail and cower like the cowards we will be if we do nothing. I intend to stand, if I stand alone I will do it with pride and clear conscience. I will have kept my oath. I know who I am do you know who you are? Obama we will crush you and see you in one of our prisons. ************* I AM YOUR LIBERTY I am not a Democrat or a Republican. I belong to no political party. I belong to you, the American people all. I belong to all people who are willing to pay the price life demands for freedom. No government has ever made men free; government by its very nature seeks to destroy me and my brother, Freedom. I am LIBERTY and in America I am under attack. I am wounded and fear that I will soon perish at the hands of your United States government. You, the American people have always loved me and protected me throughout the world. Why do you abandon me now, have you lost your love of Freedom and Liberty? You have placed your trust in government; you depend on government to take care of you. Do you not understand the price your government will demand of you will be my death and the death of my brother, Freedom? America, stand on your own two feet, regain your pride and self worth, tell those who are now trying to rule you rather than lead they have no rights but those you grant them. America if you do not rise up for me NOW I will be nothing more than a burning memory and your children will pay the price of your apathy. Most of you have never read your own Constitution, you know, that document that allowed me to exist, the document your government is in the process of abandoning. It is up to you, will I perish on your watch, and will your children be punished for your inaction? NO it is not easy to be free. Art's Law However, when the solution those in leadership propose is more complicated than the problem in question, there exists only two reasons for the complexity of it and one result if it is initiated. The first reason leaders propose complex solutions is that they lack the knowledge and expertise in the field which the problem exists. The second reason leaders propose complex solutions is a desperate attempt to cover up their ignorance and deceive those they are trying to convince they have an answer. Finally, the result of leaders initiating such solutions is to compound the initial problem to a point where there is no hope of overcoming it. To understand the above written law one only need to apply it to Obama's and congress's "health care bill". They have proposed a two thousand seven hundred page bill to solve a two page problem. In reality the problem can be defined in one word, "cost". This is odd when one realizes that congress is responsible for most of the rise in cost over the past twenty years. Their regulations and restrictions coupled with all the entitlements they tacked on the medical industry have created the problem. Thus, let's make that a two word solution rather than a two page solution, "FIRE CONGRESS" Art Phillips Constitutional Guard, Texas Honor Duty Loyalty Morality Liberty or Death ************* The Fabric That Has Bound Us Together The reality that I am moved to write a letter with the following content reveals a truth all Americans are beginning to recognize. We are in the midst of an unraveling of the fabric that has bound us together for the past two hundred thirty three years. A fabric which supports the weight of all, we as a people, hold dear. Our Freedoms, Liberty, and Justice, just to name a few, are all supported by and dependent upon the strength of this Red, White, and Blue fabric called the United States Constitution. Creating such a fabric required many different threads, each carefully selected for its ability to withstand time and stress while maintaining its strength, integrity and values. The threads had to be bound together tightly so that they could not be divided thus compromising the integrity of the fabric. Each thread of this fabric has a name, to mention a few, Honor, Duty, Loyalty, Morality, Strength, Honesty, Trust, and many more. All the threads in this fabric represent the greatest attributes of the human race, one race, with different shades of one color. Prior to the 2008 election, the majority of citizens of the United States of America were well on their way to creating a new race, the American race. A new race of people with only one color, the American color, and only one name, American, not Asian American, or African American, simply American. A race bound together by their hopes and dreams and care for each other. The struggle for this dream has taken over two hundred years and millions of lives. It is disgraceful how the actions of those running for the honor of serving in public office have set this noble achievement back many years. I ask you men and women in the congress and the senate, as well as the men who ran for president, was it worth it? Was your ambition, your pride, your need to be famous or whatever self-serving goal you were seeking worth destroying what millions of Americans gave their lives for? Do not tell me you don't know what I am talking about. Each of you knows very well that the despicable use of race in the 2008 election was obscene and you all share the responsibility for it. The 111th legislature, as well as the 2008 presidency, will be looked upon as the blackest days in American history thus far. Though I have served my Country, and my family has sacrificed much for our way of life, I have failed to do my duty. I took an oath to protect the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies, both foreign and domestic. I was not diligent in the exercise of my duty to protect our Constitution from malignant growth known as government. Congressmen, Congresswomen, Senators and President, you represent that growth. It is your blind ambition and self-interest you serve rather than the American people and the Constitution you swore to protect. Actions taken by this administration and legislature amount to a direct attack on the Constitution and the rights and freedoms it guarantees. You have forgotten that it is not your place or your right to tell the people what you are going to do. It is your duty and obligation to ask the people what they want! When I say, it is your duty to ask the people, I mean the majority, not the few that simply seek to be coddled, ask those who have made and make this nation successful. This government has made too many false assumptions with regard to the reason it was elected. For too long I have lived under the misguided assumption that individuals elected to the highest offices in the land, individuals that took the same oath to the Constitution I did, would honor that oath. I believed that they could be trusted and things like Honor, Duty, Loyalty, and Morality were as important to them as they are to me. I made a serious error in judgment with regard to many of them. Many in the Senate and Congress do not have the capacity to possess such ideals. Think about it, people who are supposed to be the guardians of our Constitution are trying to limit free speech, restrict the free exercise of religion, remove the right to own arms, just to mention a few of their attacks on the Constitution and the American people. What person in their right mind has the audacity, the arrogance or the ignorance to expect people to apologize for the success of their nation? The only change we need now is to remove such ingrates from office. If our country is such a horrible place to live, why do so many around the world want to come here? Why does our government want to reward criminals and provide them free medical, subsistence and free education at the expense of those who can't afford it for their own families? People who have entered this country illegally and laugh at our laws, many of whom commit crimes in our country, are given property and rights paid for by our citizens even when these same citizens cannot afford it for themselves. If these illegal aliens want to live in a country like the United States of America then they need only to go back to their own country and pay the price Americans here have paid and build another America, the world could certainly use more. Americans owe the world nothing, nothing at all. This nation has always provided for the rest of the world freely and willingly. Our nation has fought and sacrificed more than any nation on earth for those in need around the world. Now some of you in Washington have the nerve to think we should apologize for our success. You are very much mistaken if you think this American feels apologetic, and don't even think of apologizing for me! Our nation's success was purchased with the hard work, sweat, tears, suffering and blood of ordinary people who possessed extraordinary will, courage and values. I am proud of this nation because of citizens who were willing to share that success along with the blood of their sons and daughters with the world. I despise any individual calling for or making an apology for the sacrifice of my brothers and sisters in arms, be they living or dead, or any citizen of our great nation. Get it clearly embedded in your conscience that the United States has nothing to apologize for! Consider this, why don't those of you in Washington that have degraded, insulted and slandered our country, its military and many of our citizens start correcting the disastrous course you have taken by making a long overdue apology to America and her allies. Speaking of apologies, the media, those in television mainly, have betrayed their profession, their country, and themselves. What is most discouraging about the media is the fact that they know very well they have lost all credibility and trust. Some journalists even admit that they don't report news anymore, "We make the news," one of them stated. You won't find any honor in this profession any more. I have a great deal more to say, however, I am sure most congressmen and senators are far too superior to even acknowledge an average citizen much less read all this. To those in our government still holding to your beliefs and values, those who still honor the Constitution and believe in freedom over tyranny, I salute you, respect you, and I have your back so long as we stand. To the rest, look carefully in a mirror, you are just a person. There is nothing special about you. There are many in this country that can do your job far better than you ever will. You are only insulting the rest of us and making fools of yourselves acting as though you are any better, any smarter, or any more qualified at what you are doing than a million others are. You were born, you will age, and you will die just like every other person on this earth, why not leave behind a good memory and an unselfish legacy. No one is unaware of the mistakes they have made, each of us knows when we are doing something for the wrong reasons. I hope I can get through to at least a few of you in government before the betrayal of the American people turns to outright treason. Where is your Courage, Commitment, Honor, all those things a leader must possess? God Bless our great nation! Respectfully, Art Phillips and millions of other Americans Afterthought: What could be so valuable to a person elected to serve a nation as great as the United States that they would betray such a trust? I can't answer that, however, we are witnessing this very thing in our government. It seems that most of those we trusted to protect our beloved Constitution have betrayed every citizen in the United States. In the past six months we have seen our Constitution, our Military, and many average citizens slandered, threatened and subjected to vicious attacks which were totally unwarranted. Our present administration and legislature is by all means and definition guilty of treason. When will one of our many Law Enforcement, Judges, Dept of Justice or courts find a little courage our soldiers have and make these traitors and criminals answer? It looks as though the only ones who are going to be punished for our governments dishonor and criminal activity is US. Those guilty of betraying the United States Constitution and the American people are absolutely engaging in the crime of treason. At such time as the American people return their government to law-abiding representatives, some of whom are among the guilty now, the guilty will be brought justice.
